We have often heard ourselves or other people say that there are ”SO MANY THINGS TO DO BUT SO LITTLE TIME”. Having enough time to do what we want to do is just a factor of how we spend our it. Afterall everyone in this world has the same amount of time on a daily basis. We all have 24 hours each day. My 24 hours on a normal working day would be as follows: 10 hours in the office, 1 hour to and from office, 6 to 7 hours of sleep, 2 hours of preparation in the morning. So that leaves with about 4 or 5 hours of time to spend for the things that I want to do. In my past life (which was only about a month ago) I could account for the remaining hours by watching television (from TV Patrol all the way to Three Dads and One Mom). All those time wasted because I wanted to rest my mind doing nothing until the 4 hour or so has lapsed. So one day I just made that the decision to cut down on my tv time no matter what. Yeah I am not so updated on the news anymore, i am no longer aware on what happened to Garie and Rocky, I didnt know what happened to Isadora, nor would I know who was really the father of Nicole. But I have made more time available to do things that i want to do. With that decision I am now able to read my magazine subscriptions in a timely manner, I am now able to have more quality time with Zach, I am now able to plan my weeks. In short my disposable time has greatly increased. And I am loving it so much that I don’t want to ever become a slave of television again. Never!
So if you are looking for time to do the things you want? Review how you are spending your time on a regular basis. You might not be spending too much time watching television, but surely there are some other time wasters that you can eliminate if not cut entirely.
